3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7 business days to process.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide the details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
