Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

2. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Return Process:

  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7 business days to process.                                                                                                                      
Exchanges:
1. Exchange Period: You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Exchanged Items: Items must be in their original condition as described in the returns policy.
3. Exchange Process:
  • Contact our customer service team to request an exchange.
  • Provide the details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
  • We will assess your request and if approved, send you a replacement item. If the replacement item is not available, we will offer you an alternative or issue a refund.
Exceptions:
  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs:
  • For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
